The 2008 baseball season is approaching quickly. We will mail out registration forms to everyone who played last year the first week of March.
Please fill out the enclosed form and send it along with your fee to: PO Box 160, Veradale,WA 99037.
Parents please sign parent/guardian line .
For insurance purposes, all applications for new players to the league must be accompanied by a copy of the player’s birth certificate.
Incomplete registrations (without birth certificate, parent signature, and fee) will be returned to you for completion.
Additional forms are available in the office beginning March 17th.
6-8-10 year olds can play up one division with parental permission.
Teams are limited to 13 players.
Players are assigned to teams at the school they attend unless there are not enough players to form a team.
If this occurs they will be placed on the team closest to their school that needs players.
Once a team’s roster fills, if there are enough players, we will form another team at the same school.
Players attending private schools or home schoolers will play at the public school nearest their home.
All players must play a minimum of 3 consecutive defensive innings if attending practices regularly, they will
also start every other game.
Registration is on a first come roster basis.
If registered by April 17th returning players are returned to their previous team unless they are changing divisions
(Coach Pitch to Pee Wee or Pee Wee to Midgets etc).
Initial registration ends April 17th. Applications received after April 17th will be subject to a $10.00 late fee.
If you are registered and withdraw before May 1st there is a $15.00 processing fee deducted from the refund.
No refunds after May 1st unless there is an injury accompanied by a doctor’s certification or unless the player is moving out of Spokane.
Picture Day with Leo’s will be Saturday June 21st at Trent Elementary School. Your coach will notify you of your picture time.
League games start the middle of June and continue to the end of July.
