Applications for new players are now available online. Also, after March 17th forms will be available in the office during regular office hours. Registration begins March 17th. Late registrations after April 17th include a late fee. Rosters for new players require a copy of a birth certificate.

Online Application   

Parents must sign the parent/guardian line. Registrations without parent signature, copy of birth certificate, and fee will be sent back for completion. Additional forms are available in the office after March 17th.
